For who only have 1st first vaccine required PCR test whose samples are taken a maximum of 3×24 hours before the flight.

Travelers who are not vaccinated for medical reasons, both certain health conditions and comorbidities no need required booster vaccine but must include a specialist doctor’s certificate from a government hospital and must attach a negative PCR test result with a sample taken a maximum of 3×24 hours before the flight.
